It's been hacked since last year, but Slysoft delayed the announcement
for strategic reasons (i.e. waiting for HD-DVD to die, so the vendors
would commit to Blu-Ray).
Apparently Richard Doherty of the Envisioneering Group predicted, with
stunning Bill Gates style accuracy, that BD+ would not be hacked for at
least ten years. It took eight months, at least three of which was just
stalling.
Oh well, back to the drawing board for the fat media moguls.
