Exchange the word Linux for Windows and you have Roy Schestowitz.

Sounds like Roy Schestowitz.
Most noobs don't get past the title page in Google.
Why?
With Schestowitz's crap flood, which are messages by the 1000's that get
few if any replies.

Most noobs figure it's a SPAM trap group filled with Viagra messages.

Proof?

Look in Google at home many Linux advocates were posting here say 3 years
ago.
Compare it to now.

There are about 5 left.
Why?

Roy chased them all away.

Why no new blood?

Roy chased them all away.

Nobody wants to wade through all of his self serving paid for SPAM to read
the messages that promote discussion.

Hahah!

Where are they?

See above.

Not every one.
There isn't enough time in the day to do that.
Just the ones that are lies, which is most of them.

> They initiate the attacks, before anyone has responded to them.

Most people ignore Roy Schestowitz's posts.
They have him filtered which is why he has such a low reply rate.
Funny thing, the same thing happens on digg.com to Roy Schestowitz.

Really?

Thousands who read and don't post?
Give me a break.

This group is DEAD as far as Linux advocacy is concerned.
It's the same 5 shills over and over again following their leader down the
drain.

However, you Mark S. Bilk (make sure to use quotes when searching Google)
add to the comedy show in a wonderful way.
Keep up the good work!

Maybe Roy Schestowitz will put you on the payroll.
