OOXML too (in all three nations and some of the world's largest populations).
Microsoft has some inertia to spare there because of piracy. They won't see a
penny coming from there and as long as they mock (or punish, /a la/ that
Russian teacher) those whom they like like as pirates, they'll be shunned at a
legislative level. How many countries out there are named and shamed in
various charts just because Microsoft decided that software should be
perceived as a commodity (it's not)? Software cannot be stolen, unless you're
on Microsoft's mindset. It's as silly as the idea of stealing basic ideas or a
joke. It's culture. Other business models existed back in the 70s and they are
returning now. DRM is another {Bad Idea}^TM.
