Are these sites organically created to just generate arbitrary content and
(strive to) generate AdSense revenue? I don't think search engine like
these, let alone hosters. Earthlink ain't picky.

If these are just normal site with ads, then I guess the question is simply a
request for recommended hosts. I personally use the service of Catalyst2 and
I am very happy with them.
