They do that as well. They will weigh the perspective of both sides. Surely,
however, the concern here is security. The EU has raised similar concerns
recently (Heise online is where I read about this). 80 billion SPAM per day
is neither something that acceptable nor sustainable. Even non-technical
legistlators are beginning to understand where the problem lies. Some
systems are secure; some are not. These trait or flaws are inherent.
