He could fix most of his problems very simply, by doing the following:
(1) Reading the articles he quotes or cites.
(2) Copying the title of the article, rather than writing his own
subject line, if he isn't doing #1 for that article.
(3) Not reposting quotes or cites that have been shown to be
questionable.
