It's perhaps worthy of note to our U.S. friends in that:-
1. It is not just the present commissioner (Neelie Kroes) who has fined MS
2. It is not just MS that has been fined, or American companies.
In particular, energy companies come under review in the E.U., and (as you
will read) the results are rather more severe than a fine! Also, banks and
financial services.
