*YOU* are the one that has failed to prove he knew he was doing so,
and that he isn't legally entitled to do so with the copy he has. *YOU*
are the one being trashed by trying to pull another personal vendetta
without proof that you aren't just doing your usual talking smack.
Typical. Can't answer the charge (because it's true, of course). So you
try to sidestep by asking questions, changing the subject, trying to do
subtle shifts, etc.
