What a noble statement, news.cogeco.ca. You only give less of a reason for
people to take you seriously.
Have you heard about the UN's recommendations of Open Source, Linux, and
standards? These are intended to reduce waste (spending) and bridge national
gaps and barriers. In fact, there are many charities that rave(d) about
their use of Open Source software.
